Our ‘Service Retainer Package’ offers access to a wide range of services, as presented below.
These bespoke services are all available within the 30 days, 20 days and 10 days support packages.

Health, Safety & Environmental Management

  • Health, Safety & Environmental Management Review
    • Duration 3 days.
    • We will review your hotel’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) management systems.
    • We will present findings and recommendations within a HSE Review Report.
  • Developing Health, Safety & Environmental Management Systems
    • We can compile new policies, procedures and risk assessments and update existing management system documentation to meet your hotel’s requirements.
  • Auditing health, safety and environmental management systems
    • We can perform bi-annual or annual auditing of management systems to establish levels of compliance, along with their effectiveness in managing risk across hotel operations.
  • Health & Safety Incident Investigations
    • We have the expertise to lead and support Incident Investigation Teams across global hotel operations. We can provide both on-site and telephone support.

Crisis Management

  • We provide 24-hour expert crisis management support across global hotel operations.

Security & Counter-Terrorism Management

  • Undertake on-site security inspections and threat analysis.
  • Review and develop existing security management systems to establish their effectiveness in identifying and managing threats.


  • Managements’ Health and Safety Responsibilities (duration: 3 hours)
  • Introduction to Security & Terrorism Management (duration: 3 hours)

Our ‘Day Rate Service Package’ is designed for members who wish to employ Alpha Risk Group’s services on an ad-hoc basis, whilst continuing to benefit from the exclusive day rate available to members. In addition to this, members shall also receive exclusive discounts, as presented below.
